TextSlides evoke nostalgia and a tactile connection to the past, standing out in today's digital age as physical image-objects. This project explores that unique aura by creating AI-generated, photorealistic "fake memories" using DALL·E and Stable Diffusion. Though they appear authentic, subtle details reveal their artificial nature. These images are presented in 3D-printed slide frames to mimic real found slides. The work invites reflection on our current relationship with images: how they're created, consumed, and how easily they can blur the line between reality and fiction in an age overwhelmed by visual content.
