This open installation traces how everyday technologies reshape attention, interaction, and memory within public space. Centered on Zurich’s vanishing phone booths, it reanimates these fading infrastructures as sites for situated listening and contemplation, setting collective, locative communication against the individualized flows of contemporary mobile devices.

Through simple analog tools like paper postcards, participants map their own patterns of phone use and habits, creating intimate, material archives of digital behavior.

In dialogue with Giorgia Lupi’s data humanism, the work recasts data not as detached metrics but as lived traces of embodiment. Overall, the project merges observation and philosophical inquiry with space for personal reflection. It invites us to interrupt habitual attention, to observe critically, and to reconsider our entanglement with communication technologies in shared urban environments.
